We offer a well-organised and reliable rental arrangement, with clear agreements and a structured approach to the tenancy. CPR registration at the address is also included as part of the rental arrangement.

It's wonderful and big room with balcony. And it's located right next to beach, shopping and transport possibilities. Just 5 min walk from Hellerup station, where you´ll find trains and buses to Copenhagen Center, UN, DTU. We are a couple living in the flat, and we've had tenants from all over the world, employees from the UN, students from CBS and Erasmus students as well for many years - with succes.

The rent covers: A nice 17 squaremeter room, wireless internet. Bed, table, chairs, rug, linen, pillow and blanket, towel, refrigerator, microoven, boiler, big shared bathroom / seperat toilets, use of washingmashine on sundays etc. The kitchen can be used between accordingly We´re non smokers and we have a small hypoallergenic dog.
