Im subletting a room in my place, a 3 room apartment (83kvm) in Østerbro. It is placed on the ground level, and have a nice big balcony that has a great view to the garden, quite calm , green and sure surroundings, very close to Ryparken train station, where you have transport 24 hours in the bus. By train it take only 15 minutes to the central station.

The apartment is fully furnished and your room has a bed, a desk and some shelves, but all can be removed if you have your own.

I looking for a person with : good hygine, well manners ( I am an old lady), no kids, and have good understanding of communication.
