I am leasing out a nice room in a quite area in Højbjerg (Rundhøj Alle), around 5 kilometers to Aarhus center. The total apartment is 87 m2 and the room to lease is around 16 m2. The room is for one person only. Another separate room is used as a dining room. You will be living with me (a male) who is a faculty staff working at Aarhus University. So only two people will be living in this spacious apartment. The room is equipped with a single bed, a new study desk and a built-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped, while you may need to bring in your own utensils. There are also laundry facilities down in the basement, for which you can use for free. There are many supermarkets close by in walking distance of 5-6 mins, e.g. Føtex, Rema, Fakata, Lidl. Direct buses 2A, 17 and 13 will take you to the center in less than 20 mins. The starting date is as soon as possible. Long term renting > 1 year will be preferred. CPR registration is included. I expect you to be a clean and tidy person, no smoking, no pets, no party in the apartment. You are willing to share the responsibility in cleaning the public places, i.e. kitchen and toilet.
