We are renting out our 95 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a new kitchen (from 2024), a front yard and a terrace. The apartment feels like a rækkehus as you get your own entrance and the location is in the middle of a park, called Stjerneparken. The metro M3 line is 15 mins walk to Nørrebro station, but just around the building there is 5C, 350S and 250S so it’s easy to get to anywhere. It is most suitable for a working couple. The Pets are allowed as we also have a dog. We are renting our place out unfurnished (except the built in wardrobe and cabinets) and plan to rent it out long term but min 12 months at a time until we find responsible tenants.
