Hi new roommate! We are Fabrizio and Riz, looking for a new person to join our cozy apartment near Bella Center. The move-in date is 1st of May! First, the details: The rent is 5,800 kr, which includes electricity, internet, water, and heating. The deposit is three months' rent. The rental period starts 1st of May, and we are looking for someone long-term, preferably at least one year. CPR is available for one person. The room is ~9 square meters, with a south-facing window (you’ll get the little winter sun there is!). You can see how the room looks from the second and third pictures. It’s not furnished, so you’ll have the chance to personalize it the way you like. The apartment is in Bella Center, about 6 minutes walking distance from the metro. It’s well connected because of that: the metro takes 11 minutes to reach Nørreport, and there’s also the S-train station in Ørestad if you need it. The building is new and modern (built in 2021) and has a spacious and cozy common area. The kitchen is well equipped, with an oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, plus extras like a kettle and rice cooker. You won’t need any equipment if you enjoy cooking, I (Fabrizio) enjoy cooking myself too! The bathroom (spacious by Copenhagen standards) has both a washing machine and a dryer. There’s also a nice common courtyard where you could, for example, have a barbecue. There is a REMA 1000 very close by (~200 m) for groceries, and a Netto right at the Bella Center metro station. Furthermore, Fields, a large shopping mall, is quite close as well and has everything you might need (including a gym). There’s also an Asian supermarket not too far away. You’ll be sharing the apartment with us: Fabrizio (26), a physics graduate working in trading, and Riz (26), a physics PhD at KU. The two of us are fairly social, but we also appreciate privacy and respect a closed door. We’re looking for someone around a similar age (20–30), so if you’re interested, send me a message!
