We are looking for a new roommate to join our cosy flat in central Frederiksberg! Please read the whole description posted. Looking for one person only. The room is not suitable for couples.

The apartment is located on Allegade, with a lovely view of the Frederiksberg townhall and just down the street from the entrance to Frederiksberg Have.

It is a 4 room apartment, with a very large living room/ dining room where we love to hangout listen to music, have friends over for dinner and get cosy watching movies. It is a bright apartment where we get afternoon sun in the living room and morning sun in the kitchen. The kitchen has a dining space, a dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the apartment. There are two bathrooms and a small balcony as well! The room we are renting out is 4.2m x 1.8m meters, can come partial furnished if needed, and available from November 15th onwards. The rent is 5300 dkk / month plus utilities. The deposit is 10 000dkk + 1 months rent.

The two people you will be living with are:

Alex 32, from Canada. Been in Copenhagen for 5 years and working full time in the city.

Katja, 33, from Denmark and recently moved to Copenhagen from Aarhus, also working full time in the city.

We are very active people and we love to laugh! We are often busy with working out, socializing or lounging at home.
