Hey everyone, we are looking for a new flatmate for a shared apartment in Frederiksberg (Swimming hall quarter)! I have lived in the apartment for 2.5 years but moving out in December. We’re looking for someone who would integrate well into our friend group. 🙂 Apartment & room details: • 8 m2 unfurnished room in a 137 m2 apartment (with a big shared space) • Spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom, including washer-dryer and dishwasher • Rent: approximately 6800 DKK per month • Move-in date: Flexible, from 8th of December onwards, preferably latest in January. You would be sharing the space with 2 people • Clemens (m, 28) from Austria • Marian (f, 27) from Canada • Both working full time, friendly and respectful, like to be active together (working out, hosting dinners, and just yapping) Location: • Frederiksberg, located near public transport • 2min walk to Aksel Mollers Have Metro • 7 min walk to Frederiksberg Metro • All amenities close by (supermarkets, bars, restaurants) Something very cool about the building where the apartment is located: it's an old chapel in a courtyard, with 4 apartments and a yoga studio downstairs.
