Due to the height of the room, the tenant should not be taller than 165 cm. Rental includes: own entrance, small simple kitchen, private bathroom and toilet, bed. The rented target is furnished. If you can help with cleaning, painting and tidying up the garden, etc. rent may be reduced. Date for payment of deposit and prepaid rent can be agreeded upon.
