Temporary 4-month rental of bright room (22 sq/m) with attached large suite bathroom (12 sq/m) in spacious 225sq/m shared apartment located on Vester Voldgade right on the inner-city waterfront for move-in 1st of March 2024 for 4 months until end of June while I am travelling (CPR is available). The room itself is quiet due to facing the courtyard and offers good privacy as it does not border the shared rooms inside the flat. It contains large built in storage cupboards, comes fully furnished as seen in the pictures and has a luxurious bathroom attached. The apartment is recently renovated, has tall ceilings and a classic Copenhagen ornate style with all the modern amenities as well as washer/dryer combo. Beyond a beautiful view of the Copenhagen parliament, skyline and waterfront from the balcony it boasts a large living room, connected open-style kitchen and 2 bathrooms. You would be sharing the flat with 3 international roommates who are all young professionals that like to stay active. We work hard but enjoy winding down together with dinners, movies, game nights and the occasional night out on the town but also know the value of alone time and respect a closed door. Tim (29, Germany) is our resident yogi, salsa dancer and polyglot speaking Danish, Spanish, English and German fluently. He works as a sustainable energy consultant which might explain his coffee connoisseurship that he is always eager to share along with a good chat. Tim (28, Germany) is a gale-force wind of positivity; always up for a beer, run or pretty much anything that sounds like fun. By day he works as a management consultant and by night he moonlights as our interior architect with a keen eye for all things design. Nick (26, South Africa) is the newest member of the gang as of January and is adjusting like a fish to water. He works as a supply chain consultant and is an avid rugby enthusiast who likes to run, hit the weights and a cold beer. The financials are as follows: rent is 8,513dkk per month plus utilities (we also have a bimonthly cleaning service for the common areas). There is 1 month deposit and 1 month prepaid rent.
