Hi!

I’m renting out a lovely, bright and furnished 20 m² room in my spacious apartment with high ceilings, located in the trendy neighbourhood of Vesterbro.

The room is furnished with a 140 × 200 cm bed, bookshelves, a clothes rack, a small cupboard, curtains and lamps.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, which you’ll share with me as the landlord.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural attractions nearby, as well as excellent public transport connections. Enghave Plads Metro Station is just a one-minute walk away!

Wi-Fi, heating and electricity are all included in the rent.

I’m looking for a female tenant who is calm, tidy and considerate. It’s important to me that we create a pleasant and respectful living environment, where friendliness, cleanliness, consideration and flexibility go both ways. A few house rules apply.
