The neighbourhood is very nice, with lots of shopping facilities and good places to eat or drink coffee. Nearby are shopping center, swimming bath, fitness hall and cinema. The area is lively, but also very safe and clean. Metro and bus nearby taking you to the airport, Copenhagen City Center and Central Station in 20 minutes. The room is 20 m2, cosy, bright and has high ceilings. Big windows allow a lot of light in all day. You can sit at the table by the window overlooking the area with trees and people walking by. The room is furnished, has a bed, tables, chairs, closet and shelves. Also, there is access to a small bathroom and a kitchen with all facilities for cooking yourself. Monthly rent DKK incl. utilities and wi-fi. I am female, educated from University of Copenhagen, love to travel and discuss cultural differences between countries. I speak Danish, English, Swedish and some German. Occasionally there will be a cat in the apartment. There will be no other tenants. Please bear in mind that my apartment is a private home and not a guest house, and I will love you a whole lot. The room is for one person, female, older international student/employee, researcher or commuter/pendlare. Phd students or commuter/pendlare who needs the room for a longer period of time will be preferred.
