Hi all, I have 2 separate furnished rooms for rent in a house in Amager/Kastrup. The price for each room is kr.6000 plus shared utilities. The house is 5 minutes walk to Copenhagen Airport metro station and 7min by bike from Amager beach. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and bbq area are shared. Contracts are 12 to 23 months, your choice, starting ASAP (yes, tomorrow if you need, since the room is ready to move-in, including bed linen, towels etc) but no later than 1st of March. Deposit is 3 months, rental pre-pay is current plus one, i.e. only 1 month notice. Water, Electricity, Heating are not included and will be charged separately. Only 1 CPR per room is included. Since it is a house, you also get land: 955m2 of garden, and some of it dedicated to you if you want to grow your own veggies or plant your own flowers. Or just make a fire pit...
