At the same time, however, we also have busy schedules, and value personal space, and spending time on our own. You are a mature person, minimum late twenties - or older, have a full-time job - and can see yourself in the above. The apartment is a walk-up and has recently been completely renovated. It includes three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a utility/storage room with washing machine and dryer. The apartment has access to a sunny, gated courtyard with outdoor sitting areas. There is, moreover, the possibility of some limited storage in the basement. The room: 16 sqm, quiet with a nice view of the courtyard. Fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, futon and a closet. The location: Just five minutes from Østerport station and metro with the lakes, parks, beach (Nordhavn and Svanemøllen), cafes, vine bars, restaurants, easy shopping (Super Brugsen and Netto), and fitness centers in the neighborhood. The rent: The monthly rent: 5.000 kr. + 500 kr. for utilities. If you're away often (f.i. commuting), you may pay less for rent as well as utilities.
