Hi! My name is Ask (/Elijah) and I'm a Dane. I’m looking for a female tenant as soon as possible — preferably for a longer stay. I can offer you a large, bright fully-furnished room (16 m²) in a newly renovated flat, with all facilities available. The flat is quiet - for example, there are no neighbors above or directly next door - and there is plenty of light, as well as many green areas nearby. Some of the lighter furniture can come out if you'd rather prefer that. The kitchen is well suited for several people, and has a dishwasher. There is also a dining table, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a very fast internet connection (1/1 Gbit). The room is fully sound-insulated towards the adjoining room, where my other female tenant lives (on her 10th month here and not going anywhere soon). The dining room can be used for guests by agreement. I enjoy having a bit of friendly everyday contact at home, but I also understand that there are times when you might prefer more privacy or less interaction. Guests overnight allowed in moderation
