I’m looking for a tenant to share my two room apartment on Amager, on 2nd floor. When: From August to January, it also depends on when you can. It might be prolonged. The room: 14 m2 with two windows. You share kitchen and WC with me. There are common washing machines and a dryer in the basement, that you can use. The apartment has just two rooms and no common area. So, you (we) must tidy up direct after use of kitchen etc. The shower is two floors up and is shared with more apartments in the house. Today the room is furnished as a living room, with sofa and dinner table and a bed (optional) from the previous tenant. The big table is perfect for studying, drawing etc. About me: I’m a 42-year-old male artist painter and combines office work 2 days a week with working in my atelier the rest of the days. I’m away from home pretty much. As a person I’m social and calm and like to read and play guitar as a hobby outside of home. Since January a tenant has been renting the room, and that has worked very good. He is moving out end of July. Who are you? I’m looking for a calm and tidy tenant that is either working or studying full time, during normal hours. Noises spread easily in the apartment, so I’m looking for someone who want to use the room as nice place to relax after a long day. It’s fine to bring a friend during daytime, but unfortunatley you can’t have people there in the evenings (unless agreed upon). The rent is 4000 Dkk + shared electricity and one month deposit.
