We are looking for a flatmate in our 3-person apartment close to Øresund metro station. The apartment has three bedrooms, a shared living area, a west-facing balcony (with a great view!), large bathroom, and storage space. The flat is in a great area of Amagerbro, close to a metro station, many supermarkets and cafes, and of course the beach! It's also very easy to get to the city centre, just a 12 minute cycle from Kongens Nytorv. Your flatmates would be: - Dylan, 25, from the UK, currently finishing his PhD at KU. In his spare time he enjoys running, and playing piano. - Arthur, 26, also from the UK, working as a postdoc in the same department as Dylan at KU. Outside work, he's a keen cyclist and also enjoys reading and sailing. We're looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and looking for a calm but sociable place to live long-term -- a friendly home rather than just a place to sleep! Pratical info: - CPR registration available, normal subletting contract - Rent is 6800DKK/month including heating and water - Move-in price is 32400DKK (3 month deposit, 1 month prepaid rent, and first month rent included) - The room is available as soon as possible, ideally no later than 1st June. - You would be renting the second-largest room, with a west-facing window (on the left of the floor plan). It comes with an in-built wardrobe, but is otherwise unfurnished.
