I am subletting a room in my lovely apartment from 15 April (unlimited). Moving in a little sooner, as early as 1 April, might be possible, just let me know if that is important to you. The monthly rent includes the base rent (8600kr) as well as estimated utilities (water, heating, electricity, and internet). There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment, free for you to use. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Østerbro, just a few minutes walk from Vibenshus Runddel and Ryparken stations. The room is approximately 12 sq m big, has a built-in closet, and comes furnished with a bed. Since the room is not huge, you are welcome to put a desk in the living room, if you want. The shared spaces include a bright living room and a spacious kitchen area with an oven, induction stove, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a proper shower! A bit about me: My name is Jannik, I'm 26 years old, originally from Germany, and currently working at Københavns Universitet. I am looking for a friendly and reliable flatmate to share the apartment with. I enjoy meeting friends for a beer on the weekend or just watching a movie in the evening. I am always up for a chat, but of course, I also value personal space. This should be a cozy home for both of us, not just a place where we live side by side, so I would be happy to cook together from time to time, have a chat over a cup of coffee, or explore Copenhagen.
