A cosy, fully furnished room (approx. 12 m²) is available in an apartment located on Kirketorvet, in the very heart of Gentofte, just north of Copenhagen.
Rent: DKK 4,300 per month + electricity and internet.
The room is bright, well maintained and ready to move into. The tenant has access to a spacious shared kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Especially suitable for those who have just moved to Denmark.
The apartment is fully equipped for everyday living. The kitchen has everything needed: cookware, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and all basic kitchen utensils. No additional purchases are necessary.
You only need to bring your clothes, pillow, duvet and bed linen. Everything else is already provided (except food, of course).
The room is located on the inner side of the building, which ensures a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There is no street noise or traffic sound, making it ideal for rest, study and a calm daily routine.
About the area:
The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from Gentofte town centre, with Netto, Føtex Food, SuperBrugsen, Gentofte Kino, a greengrocer, Emery’s, Matas, Normal and Paradis.
There are also Fitness World and SATS nearby.
For outdoor activities and walks, Gentofte Lake is only 2 minutes away, and Bernstorff Park is within a 5-minute walk.
Gentofte Station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment, offering a 15-minute train ride to Copenhagen and around 25 minutes to Hillerød.
A bus stop is located directly outside the building, with connections to Hellerup, Lyngby and Emdrup. The area is quiet, green and very well connected.
Who this room is best suited for:
This room is ideal for someone who appreciates a calm, orderly home environment. It would suit a quiet student or a working professional with a structured daily routine, spending most of the day outside the apartment and returning in the evening.
In the apartment, we value:
a peaceful lifestyle,
cleanliness and respect for shared spaces,
a comfortable, low-key atmosphere for everyone living there.
This is a home for someone looking for stability, tranquillity and a well-kept living space, rather than a temporary or social hub.
