My current flatmate is leaving after 4 years. The place is a spacious and sunny 90sqm apartment on the 5th floor of a new building in Islands Brygge. You'll have an unfurnished bedroom, and the living room will be mostly unfurnished as well. The landlord is a private person and relation so far has been very good. Rent is 8,660 kr/month (utilities included, excluding internet) and the deposit is 3 months' rent + 1 month prepaid rent. I’m a 28 years old working in IT and have been living in CPH since 2018, first for my master and then for work. I’m quite active in terms of sports and enjoy discussing about tech, politics, economics and whatever interesting may happen around the world. I’ve changed few flatmates in my life and managed to become friend with most of them. I like home to be mostly a place where I can relax, plus the current neighbours are old people and families. So when partying I usually prefer going somewhere in the city, but of course it’s totally fine to have people/partners over or host a party every now and then :) For cleanings we have the simple rule of making sure shared spaces are clean after get used. We then have a cleaning schedule for tasks like kalk removal, mopping etc. If interested, you can reply here and describe a bit yourself. Then we can eventually take it from there.
