Renting out 12 m^2 in common apartment. The apartment is 145 m^2 big and is in Margreteholmen. It has a great balcony on the sixth floor with a view over Copenhagen. You will be sharing me me Jonathan 30, a consultant in an analytical agency and Zoltan 31 who is a baker at Hart Bakery. We are looking for a roommate around our age who wants to share a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Hopefully you want to drink a beer and have a chat once in a while, but obviously we respect a closed door! The rent is 6250 a month + Electricity which we share and is around 100-150 a month usually.
