We are a friendly English speaking family with 3 very social cats, and one other busy renter. We are looking for a responsible and clean tenant who feels comfortable living with a family and cats and only requires light use of the kitchen. Flexibility and good communication are essential. COMMUTERS and INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS welcome! The rent includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, laundry facilities and utilities. We have a private garden for use in the warmer months. We are centrally located, close to METRO (1 minute walk), shops, cafes, and CBS. An overall great location! We have lived in Denmark for 20+ years and are happy to help newcomers to the city or chat over coffee should the mood and time present itself. Although we speak English at home, we also understand Danish. Price is all inclusive.
