Hi, From 1st of December 2025 I am looking for someone interested in renting my cozy room in outer Norrebro/Nordvest until 10th of Jan. The flat is new and within a 10-15 minutes walk from Nørrebro station. It is a 2 bedroom flat of 53 square metres, with shared kitchen, bathroom and small balcony. You will be living with a very sweet girl from Germany. She is 28 years old working with data science. Practicalities: - The room is 11 m2 big and available from 1st of December (or 15th of November if interested) until 10th of January - The monthly rent is DKK 6500 (excl. aconto for water & heating = 350 kr), excluding electricity (variable per month) and internet (135kr). - A deposit of 1 months rent will be required when moving in. - the room is furnished - The flat comes with a dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer. - There is a small balcony we will share. - The flat is located only 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bike from the underground station and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the city centre. The closest bus stop for the for the 5C bus and is only a 2-minute walk away.
