This is for an 10m2 room within a large apartment with a balcony. We have a room available from 1st March 2026 for an unlimited period. We have had this apartment for 10 years and we were the first tenants so it was/is a brand new apartment. The apartment is a 4 room apartment which is 105m2. Your bedroom comes with some furniture such as a built in wardrobe, curtains, lamp, etc. Anything can be removed / added if this is desired. The roommate will take the bed with him so this is needed. Rent is 6900kr per month which includes all bills (water, electricity, wifi, etc) and a cleaner twice a month. You will be living with myself, Jack, from England but have lived in Denmark for 14 years. I am 30 years old and currently work as an Implementation Consultant for IT Platforms. You will also be living with Jacob who is 32 years old from Denmark who works as a teacher. Looking for a male roommate for unlimited period who can move in from 1st March 2026.
