In addition, you’ll have access to our common areas (including a spacious balcony), a personal shelf in the fridge, etc. Rent is 5.640 dkk per month, utilities and internet included. You’ll pay a deposit of 10.361 dkk when you move in, as well as 1 month of prepaid rent (5.050 dkk). // Location // The 114m2 apartment is situated on Amager, right between the two metro stations Lergravsparken and Øresund, both of which are within easy walking distance (8-10 minutes). The beach is close by and can be reached with a 5-10 minute walk, and there are two supermarkets (Kvickly and 365discount), as well as a PureGym fitness center, super close by the apartment. // Who will I be living with? // You’ll be sharing the apartment with Ida (32), a Danish game writer, Jaime (31), a Spanish game designer and Caroline (33), a Swedish platform manager - so don’t be afraid to be a nerd! All of us like to have a chat in the kitchen and a movie night together once in a while, but we also understand the importance of respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
