Værelset er 10m2, med 5m2 gang og toilet. Udover dette er der adgang til 120m2 fællesareal som deles med 4 andre medbeboer. Hi there! We are seeking a new roomie to our collective. The room is available for occupancy TODAY! Our collective is in Brabrand at Silkeborgvej at a unique location, super close to the Brabrand lake and True forest. Nature is close to home, also as we have a big garden. The collective has a history of housing both international and Danish roomies, so we speak both English and Danish at home. We really appreciate having a fun, relaxing and good time with one another and are enjoying having each other around every day. I (Rasmine) am 27 years old studying full-time for my Biology Bachelor at Aarhus University. The remaining three human roomies are close to or a little above 30 years old, and each having a full time job within engineering. Otherwise do the collective consist of 3 animals, the dog Enzo and the cats Toffie and Fifi. One of the few commitments we have in our collective is that all residents participate in a monthly cleaning every first Sunday of the month + have a few household tasks each to take care of in between cleanings during the month. The collective/ home consists of: A shared toilet and bathroom + the toilet closets to your room. A shared kitchen with dishwasher and (almost) all the kitchen appliances you could wish for. A big garden with a green house, apple tree and space for outdoor activities. One shared large living room. One shared large combined open office. Basement with storage room, washing machine and tumble dryer. A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROOM You will have a private room in a silent part of the house close to the garden where you will have close access to the toilet. It is equipped with a sink and small kitchenette. The room can be rented with or without furniture. The monthly rent + utilities is 4100kr. which covers: 1. Rent 2. Utilities 3. Shared cleaning and household appliances (washing powder, dishwasher soap, toilet paper salt etc.) A LITTLE ABOUT YOU We see that you will add a social and open minded contribution to the collective with your own interests and activities. We all appreciate a smile and a chit chat when meeting you in the kitchen, living room or hall way no matter the time of day. You do not mind having animals around you, and preferably do you enjoy their company just as much as we do.
