As my roommate is moving out soon, I am looking for someone to share this beautiful apartment with from July 1st, 2024.   About the apartment:  This is a 2-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor, where you will rent one of the rooms. It has a spacious common area (the living room) with an amazing view, access to the balcony, an open kitchen, and a dining area. Every necessary appliance is provided in the kitchen and bathroom (a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom). The room you are going to rent is approx. 12m2 bedroom and comes with a built-in closet. It is bright, with a generous amount of windows, and has direct access to the balcony.    There is also a storage area and bike parking in the basement, and there is a possibility to rent a parking space in the basement if you are interested.   About the location: The building is situated in one of the most charming areas in Aarhus. It is close to the Iceberg building and the waterfront, giving a fantastic view from each apartment window. The area is constantly developing, so you will have access to all the necessary amenities. A 5-minute walk from the building and you will find a Føtex supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gym, coffee shop, sushi restaurant, wine shop, and a marketplace with restaurants and bars. The apartment is within close walking distance from Aarhus city center, meaning you are near local attractions, forests and the harbour.
