My roommate period in Aarhus has came to an end, and he is moving out, so his room is available for rent from 15/06/2022 for unlimited renting period. (dates can be adjusted if needed) About the apartment: The apartment is located in Sonnesgade, a very centrical location, with just a 5 minute walk to VIA University. It offers easy transportation option and nearby grocery shops, like Rema 1000 or Netto. The apartment is 87m², with a kitchen, living room and bathroom, it also has a balcony. Dishwasher and washing machine are also included. All three bedrooms are 10m² each. Monthly rent is 4750 kr, plus 400kr aconto. Move-in price is 1st months rent + deposit (3x months rent). Who you’ll be living with: Unai: I´m an 19 y/o student from Spain, but I have also lived in the US as an exchange student. I’m currently studying at VIA. I like watching films or just having a conversation with somebody else, but I do respect a closed door. In my free time I like to go to the gym or hang out with my friends.
