The Accommodation
This is a second-floor apartment in a charming old private villa located right next to Charlottenlund Forest. You literally walk through the garden and directly into the woods.
The location is very convenient: a 5-minute walk to the train station, 10 minutes to the beach, and 5 minutes to several supermarkets. If you need more exercise than jogging in the forest, there is both a fitness centre and a public indoor swimming pool nearby. The neighbourhood is safe, and enjoying the forest for recreational purposes is completely risk-free.
The Apartment
The apartment features an open-plan layout with no walls separating the kitchen, dining area, and living room. From the kitchen you can see the dining area, but the living room is slightly set back. (Please refer to the floor plan and video for clarity.)
There is one separate small room which also includes a walk-in closet.
From the living room you have access to an 8 m² balcony overlooking the garden and the forest.
The bathroom is fairly spacious and includes a separate shower area, toilet, and a large built-in cupboard.
