Jeg udlejer stueetagen og haven i et tofamilieshus i et fredeligt, grønt område i Valby. Lettere møbleret. Jeg selv bor i den øverste lejlighed. Huset er over 100 år gammelt, velholdt og klassificeret som særligt bevaringsværdigt. Haven er ugenert, når træerne har blade. Det ligger 12 minutters gang fra centrum af Valby og endnu tættere på togstationer og busser. Fri parkering med beboertilladelse.
Lejligheden er kun til 2 personer.
Stueplan: Et soveværelse, to store vinkelstuer.
Kælderrum: Værelse, badeværelse, vaskemaskine.
Køkken med alle faciliteter.
I alt ca. 90 kvm.
Direkte adgang til haven.
Lejemålets længde er et år, muligvis med forlængelse eller overtagelse.

I rent out the ground floor and the garden in my two-family house in a peaceful, green area at Steins Plads in Valby. Furnished / possibly not furnished. I myself live in the upper apartment. The house is over 100 years old, well maintained and classified as particularly worthy of preservation.
The garden is undisturbed when the trees have leaves. It is a 12-minute walk away from the center of Valby and even closer to train stations and buses. Free parking with a parking license.
The apartment is only for two persons i.e. expats.
Ground floor: One bedroom, two rather large corner living rooms.
Basement: Room, bathroom with washing machine, storage room.
Kitchen with all facilities.
A total of approx. 90 square m.
There is direct access to the garden. Just opposite the house is an attractive playground.
Regarding rental period: One year maybe prolonged.
Why is it so? I might need to raise a big sum of money by selling the ground floor.
The rent is DKK 17.000 monthly incl. heating, water, internet, except electricity. The apartment has its own electricity meter.
