The apartment consists of: - 1 bedroom - Kitchen-living room with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, and stove - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Good light throughout the apartment - Balcony looking over canals and neighbours - Close connection to Enghave Brygge St. (metro), shopping, bouldering, Fisketorvet, etc. Water, heat, internet, and electricity are included in the rental price. Bike parking in the basement and access to a bike self-repairing workshop are included. This apartment is a sublet.
