We're traveling for the whole month of September this year, so we're renting out our apartment for a fixed period (Sep 1st to Sep 30th) Daylight-filled apartment with large living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a sunny balcony. Perfect for 1-2 people. Large east-facing living room with dining table and lounge. Gets filled with morning light. Bedroom with double bed (140x200) and black-out curtains. Access to balcony with sun in the afternoon and evening. Well equiped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Also other basic items. Bathroom is a traditional ‘Copenhagen bathroom’, small and practical with the shower in front of the sink (see pictures). Access to bike parking in shared courtyard or basement. Laundryroom in the basement. Apartment is very well connected with the rest of the city, the airport and the central station with both metro and bus. It is placed very close to various bars and restaurants and there is also a supermarket across the street. Distances by bike: Kgs. Nytorv - 13 min Islands Brygge - 9 min Amager Beach - 7 min Apartment is lovely and well kept, but is currently being repainted, so a few walls and the bathroom ceiling might look a bit unfinished when living here. Possible to visit and preview apartment in August.
