The S-train station is only 500m from the property whereas the bus stop (21) is only 150m. There is a Netto, a Rema 1000, ALDI and a Føtex in the neighbourhood. It is perfect for a couple or one person (there is the possibility to register max two CPR numbers). If you will be our lucky tenant/s you will have: independent entrance (the part of the villa we're renting is completely separated by the one we live in); a long corridor with a wardrobe; an equipped kitchen with a class A fridge, oven, an extractor fan, stove, washing machine, some dinig-room furniture, shelves and three large windows that ensure a luminous environment; a living room with two long windows without furniture but with some shelves; a bedroom with a window (a double bed and two night stands are in the room at the moment. In case you want to keep them, we can sell them to you and find an agreement for the price); a bathroom with floor heating, a window and shower too. All the lights in the different rooms are for you to use. We have also an outdoor wooden canopy that you can use to park your bike. The basement will be available starting from June, 1st. The price is 12.000 dkk, all normal bills included (extra consumption may be charged if it exceeds normal usage). We ask for 2 months security deposit (24.000 dkk) + the first month's rent.
