Jeg udlejer min skønne, lyse og møblerede lejlighed på Østerbro samlet 2 år. Kan ikke opsiges første 3 måneder, og herefter 3 måneders opsigelse.
Den er centralt beliggende på Østerbro tæt på restauranter, caféer og indkøbsbutikker. Stenkast til Fælledparken, Søerne, Kastellet og Havnebadet ved Nordhavn. Gode transportmuligheder, tæt på Nordhavn tog- og metrostation samt Østerport station. Stor fælles tagterrasse med udsigt over Nordhavn og vandet.
Entré med stor skabsvæg. Boligens hjerte er det fine køkken-alrum med direkte udgang til stor sydvendt altan, som vender ind mod hyggelig gård med sol næsten hele dagen. Hyggelig stue med fjernsyn (som kan tilkobles fx apple tv) og sovesofa. Fint og velistandsat badeværelse med vaskemaskine (også adgang til vaskerum i kælderen). Soveværelset med stor seng (stor opbevaringsplads under) og mørke gardiner. Man kan ane vandet ved Nordhavn fra soveværelset.
Søger en ordentlig, ansvarsfuld lejer/-e, som vil have stor glæde af lejligheden samt passe godt på den.
Husdyr og rygning er ikke tilladt.
Betales samlet 13.000 kr om måneden inkl. vand, el og varme. Acconto er med i, da det er nemmere at administrere for mig, og ønsker derved samtidigt en ansvarsfuld lejer, som er bevidst om forbrug og ikke overforbruger.
OBS: Den er delvist møbleret, hvilket den fortsat ønskes at være med møblerne vist på billederne (klaveret er der ikke). Der er er adgang til depotrum i kælderen hvor der er god plads, dog har jeg 1 skab dernede som fylder ca en 1/5 del.

I’m renting out my lovely, bright, and furnished apartment in Østerbro for a total period of 2 years. The lease cannot be terminated during the first 3 months, after which there is a 3-month notice period.
The apartment is centrally located in Østerbro, close to restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. Just a short walk from Fælledparken, The Lakes, Kastellet, and the Nordhavn Harbour Bath. Excellent transport connections with easy access to Nordhavn train and metro station as well as Østerport station. There is also a large shared rooftop terrace with views over Nordhavn and the water.
The apartment features an entrance hall with a large built-in wardrobe. The heart of the home is the beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining area with direct access to a large south-facing balcony overlooking a cozy courtyard with sunshine for most of the day. A comfortable living room with a TV (which can be connected to e.g. Apple TV) and a sofa bed. A well-maintained bathroom with a washing machine (there is also access to a laundry room in the basement). The bedroom includes a large bed (with plenty of storage underneath) and blackout curtains. You can even catch a glimpse of the water at Nordhavn from the bedroom.
I am looking for a reliable and responsible tenant (or tenants) who will truly enjoy the apartment and take good care of it.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Rent is DKK 13.000 per month, including water, electricity, and heating. Utility is included in the rent, as it is easier for me to manage administratively. At the same time, I am looking for a responsible tenant who is mindful of consumption and avoids excessive use.
Please note: The apartment is partially furnished, and it is preferred that it remains furnished with the items shown in the photos (the piano is not included). There is access to a basement storage room with plenty of space; however, I have one cabinet stored there which occupies approximately one fifth of the room.
Please tell me a little about yourself/yourselves, why you are looking for an apartment, your work situation, etc. Previous landlord references are a plus.
