The 50 m2 apartment is centrally situated between Frederiksberg Alle and Vesterbrogade - extremely close to shopping areas and public transport. The inner city is only 10 minutes away by bike.

The apartment is available from December 20, 2026 as the current couple renting it want to move our earlier than their contract end. Moving in dates on January 2026 or February 1, 2027 are also possible.

The lease period is flexible but preferably for a longer period. I am seeking to rent the flat to a quiet couple or single man/woman.

The apartment: It is a fully furnished apartment, consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 combined living room and kitchen area with a balcony facing the south-west, meaning sun from mid-day until sunset. There is also a cellar storage facility belonging to the apartment. The complex has an elevator and a communal garden area where you are able to use the communal grill in the summer.
