We are renting out our 154sqm apartment in Klampenborg for 4 months whilst we are travelling from Sep 2024 - January 2025. The apartment has been fully painted and floors sanded in January 2024 and a total renovation was done in 2019 when 2 apartments were joined together. It has 2 double bedrooms (or 3 if the office is used as a bedroom) and two bathrooms, a large living room and a separate dining room. The apartment is on the ST floor and directly opposite Klampenborg train station with S trains direct to central station in about 15 minutes, as well as regional trains to central station in 10mins. It’s a very peaceful area with a 5 minute walk to Dyrehave or Bellevue strand. DTU is also a 20 minute bike ride away. There is free on street parking. Moving in date is around 1 September and move out around 1 January (we can be a little flexible with dates, but no earlier than Sep 1st). Price includes all bills (tv, internet, electricity etc) as well as cleaning once every 2 weeks. Free washing is available in the basement if you book a time, otherwise there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment itself.
