As I'll be spending some time abroad toward the end of the year, I am renting out my apartment from Dec. 1st '26 till March 31st, '27. The apartment in Bjarke Ingels' M-huset building, located between Bella Center St. and Ørestad St. (and Fields) is from 2005, with brand new 3-layer windows (installed in Aug-Sept '26), new exterior facades, and new terrace, just a 5min. walk from Bella Center St. A 12min. metro hop into central Copenhagen, and just 10-20min. from the airport. The apartment is ideal for an international solo traveller, or a couple, with/without a small child, who are looking for a very comfortable, well looked after home for their short-term stay in Copenhagen, or looking for something temporary before moving into more permanent/longer-term accommodations. The neighbourhood is primarily residential, quiet, with a few nature areas and recreational parks nearby. There's a parking garage, VM Bjerget, just across my building, but parking is not included. In addition to Fields shopping mall by Ørestad St., you also have a Rema1000, Netto, Føtex Food, as well as a good Asian supermarket, all within 8min walk. The apartment is spacious (116m2), with the entrance and kitchen on the 4th floor, and living room, bed room(s) and bathroom on the 5th floor, and with the floor to ceiling windows, it offers an abundance of natural light (not least ideal for the darker winter months). There are no curtains in the kitchen or upstairs in the living room, but there are of course curtains in the bedroom, along with sliding doors for darkness/privacy. There is an elevator in the building, and there is access to the building's rooftop terrace. The apartment comes well-equipped, is fully furnished, with everything you need. In the kitchen, you find appliances, pots & pans, plates, glasses, utensils etc., and with towels, bedlinen also readily available in the bedrooms/bathroom. One spacious bedroom, with a 180x200cm King bed, and direct terrace access, with an adjoining room, with a pull-down sofa bed, for a guest/child, measuring 140x200cm. Both bedrooms with cupboard and shelf space. The bathroom is also very clean and well-maintained, with a washing machine and dryer. There's a 55" flatscreen smart TV, with the most popular streaming apps, but access to these will require your own subscription. The monthly rent includes utilities (heat, cold & warm water, electricity), and wi-fi access (1000/500 Mbit). No smoking or vapes (outside, on the terrace, is OK), no pets. Maximum 3 inhabitants. Signing a rental agreement/contract for the 4 month rental period, and adhering to the building's house rules (which will be made available), are necessary pre-requisites for renting the space. I will also require the following: - Proof of employment / employment letter - Bank statement - Valid ID (passport ID page)
