It is not newly renovated, and the kitchen in particular is older and somewhat worn. However, everything works as it should, and the apartment has been thoroughly cleaned and is well maintained for its age. The rent is therefore relatively low compared with many other furnished apartments in Aarhus. There is a balcony, but not a large one. I am primarily looking for a quiet couple or small family who will be in Aarhus temporarily because of work or studies, and who would appreciate having a furnished home for a limited period.
