I'm seeking a tenant for a lovely room in very modern facilities - Odense C :) - Location: Odense C, Rugårdsvej. City centre very easy access to the tram and a 5 min. walk to the railway station - Odense Banegård Center, 1 min walk and you are on the biggest shopping street in Odense - Kongensgade. - Fitness, grocery shopping, baker located in the same building. - The room is for 1 person. No couples, no sharing. A closet for clothes, and maybe we can arrange that you use the desk through out your renting period. Bed on pictures NOT included. - Your are of course welcome to bring your own furnitures, maybe desk and a chair and bed. - Access to bathroom with shower, and drying of clothes as well as fully equipped kitchen where you can have a closet and shelfs in refrigerator to store your food (please keep clean) - The price is 4200 dkk/month. (Plz pay for washing also) You would be sharing the apartment with me, an outgoing cool guy who won't bother you at all, but don't mind some chit chat once in a while. I work seven to three, and are looking for a tenant, ideally a full time worker like me or a student, that knows how to respect privacy. If you are looking for a collective-type apartment, or if you like to have guests over, unfortunately this is not the place for you, but hey let's have a drink once in a while if you would like. However if you, like me, enjoy relaxing at home after a long day of work or at university and need a lot of alone time, this is it!
