hi im renting out my third room in my new 3 room flat from 6.may 2026 till 6.may 2027, so minimum 1 year with possibility of extension,, for 3000kr pr. month incl. electricity, heat, water, wifi, wash. deposit is 3000kr. I live in the other two rooms of the flat, so it is a shared flat. kitchen is newly renovated. i have madras, table, chairs, clothes hanger if needed. here you will get privacy with peace and silence. kitchen can be used to eat your meals. i am a pre retired pensioner but also work as an actor sometimes and also smoke, but only in my private rooms. i am moving into this flat myself on 5th of may, and from 6th may it is possible to come and see the flat and move in immediately. i only have the drawing of the flat, and your room would be the room next to the kitchen.
