All expenses included and possible to renew the lease! Hi, My name is Hans I am 45 and I rent out this cosy furnished room in downtown Copenhagen. Close to everything you need from; public transportation, shopping, parks, museums, schools and so on. The room actually contains of two rooms and a small hallway with own entrance. It has a shared kitchen and bathroom including washing machine. No extra charges will be made. Heat, water, electricity and WiFi are all included. I have a full time job with a home office and travels a lot. Even though the kitchen is connected to the living room area it is unfortunately not a shared apartment. If the chemistry is right, we can always renew the lease at any time. Btw I'm gay so you'll have to be down with that :) Write me in English or in Danish.
