Rooms for Rent at House in Charlottenlund (2920) I have a lovely house in northern Gentofte and would like to rent out a few rooms to expats or postdocs (price range: 6,000–8,000 DKK/month). I work in academia myself and would especially enjoy sharing the house with fellow explorers in the natural or humanistic sciences – but anyone nice, curious, and interesting is most welcome. The house & facilities: The available rooms are all on the second floor. A shared bathroom is close to the rooms, and an extra bathroom is on the lower floor with the common area. Common area include a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with view over the garden. Large garden (2,300 m²), park-like and partly wild, free to use and enjoy. The location: Only 300 m to shops and restaurants. There is a short walk to Dyrehaven and a little further to the beach. 8 km to Copenhagen University’s science campus, 5 km to DTU. A 12-minute walk to the train, which takes you to downtown Copenhagen in just 16 minutes. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
