I am preferably looking for an expat tenant who is quiet, respectful, and enjoys relaxing at home while keeping their social life mainly outside the apartment. This is a calm home environment, so no parties. The apartment includes access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Internet is included in the rent. There is also a cat living in the apartment, so this room is not suitable for anyone with cat allergies. I smoke, but only on the balcony. The apartment is located in a green area and close to Refshaleøen, known for its food scene, music, and various cultural activities. By bike, it takes approximately 7 minutes to Kongens Nytorv and Christianshavn, where you will find shopping opportunities, metro access, and cafés. There is also a bus stopping directly outside the building. I am a 48-year-old woman working as a social worker. My work can be quite demanding, so I value a calm and peaceful home where I can recharge and have some quiet time for myself. At the same time, I am friendly, easy to live with, and I appreciate having a warm and respectful connection with my flatmate.
