Room for rent in spacious 3-floor shared house (20 m², 6,200 DKK/month)

Looking for a roommate to join our friendly household in a big, well-layouted 130 m² house. Your room is around 20 m², unfurnished except for a built-in wardrobe, giving you plenty of space to make it your own.

About the house The house is spread over three floors, which gives everyone a good level of privacy:

1st floor: Living room, kitchen, and toilet

2nd floor: Two bedrooms + bathroom

3rd floor: Two bedrooms + another living room area

You’ll be sharing with me and two other guys. All bedrooms are separated, so it’s easy to have quiet time when you need it.

Appliances & facilities

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher

Washing machine and dryer available for shared use

Access to a storage room

One bathroom + one separate toilet

Rent & bills

6,200 DKK/month including water and heating

Electricity and internet shared among housemates: approx. 200–300 DKK/month depending on usage

Move-in terms

1 month’s deposit + 1 month’s prepaid rent

Deposit returned at move-out if there are no damages
