I'm renting out one room in my apartment in Frederiksberg. It's walking distance to CBS, 6 minutes from metro line 1 and 2 and 10-15 minute bike ride from the city center. The wonderful Frederiksberg Gardens are just a short walk away. Grocery shopping is literally downstairs, and Frederiksberg Shopping Center is 1 mile (1.3 km) down the road. The area has everything convenient and is close to the city, but still quiet at night. The room is furnished (pictures are coming), and the kitchen is fully functional. Bedding, towels, kitchen towls, cloths etc. are included. The rent is including utilities, washer/dryer, and wifi. You will be living with my other tenant, who I've had the pleasure of sharing the place with for the last year. Raphael is a researcher at CBS in his thirties.
