Hey all. I have a super cute room available in the heart of Nørrebro for short or long term rent available from 1st of March. It is just behind Folkets Park, close to 7eleven, Netto and everything Nørrebro provides. Flat is fully furnished and have everything you need. you have double bed, side drawer, table, big closet with 3 doors and and armchair to chill in your room. When you sit on your desk you have the courtyard view and flat is having a lot of light all around day. We share the bathroom, which have washing machine and dryer. Kitchen is also shared and I have everything you need like kettle, dishwasher, dishes etc. Kitchen is big and have a table which can be extended to sit with 6 people. So it is like a dining room where you can invite your friends for dinner. Kitchen opens to the balcony and in summer it is priceless to have a beer watching green courtyard. You can also enjoy the courtyard with your friends and use the grill. I am an engineer working In Region Hovedstaden and I live in Denmark for 5 years now. I like digging alternative music and movies. I am mostly silent in my room reading, watching movies or dealing with music. The room is available for everyone from 1st of June. Ideal flatshare properties, -Interest in arts, social sciences, history, anthropology, alternative music, alternative cinema is a huge plus -Speaking Danish is a plus. You don't need to be Danish, its about the language. I need practice :) -You can not move in as a couple. -You are above 30 years old and you are mature in a generic sense to take care about the flat -I am a super relaxed person. My flat is not a party place for techno parties but I am a DJ myself and it is ok to have visitors and listen music before midnight. -It would be lovely to have interesting conversations at home but it is not mandatory.
