We are renting out a bright, furnished room (15 m²) in our apartment in central Vesterbro. The room includes bed, storage and basic furnishings, and you will have access to your own kitchen – a rare bonus for a room rental. Please note: The current photos show another bedroom (9.6 m²). The room for rent is a larger 15 m² room, which is currently being renovated and therefore not yet photographed. It will be freshly painted and furnished before move-in. The photos are intended to show the standard and style of the apartment. Location: * 5 min bike ride to the city centre * 2 min to Dybbølsbro Station * Close to shops, cafés and public transport Current setup (important): The apartment is undergoing renovation. Toilet is shared, and during this period, shower facilities are located in the basement. Despite the renovation, we make a point of keeping the apartment functional and pleasant to live in throughout the process. The attached floor plan illustrates both the current layout and the planned renovation. Throughout your stay you'll continue to have access to your own kitchen. The kitchen will simply move to another room as the renovation progresses. About the apartment: * Quiet building * Access to shared yard and bike parking * Laundry in the building * Furnished setup * CPR registration possible About us: You will be living with a couple in our late 30s / early 40s and our cat, Monsieur. It's therefore important that you genuinely like cats. It would also be a big bonus if you'd be happy to look after Monsieur occasionally while we're travelling. One of us works from home, and we both value a calm, respectful home environment. We are both meditators, so the atmosphere is quiet and grounded. Practical info: * Rent: 6,500 DKK/month (incl. internet and utilities) * Available from: 1 Oct (we can possibly accommodate from mid-Sep for the right tenant) * Rental period: Short-term during renovation (exact duration flexible) There may be an opportunity to stay longer and rent a larger private area once the renovation is complete (rent will change accordingly).
