Hi! I'm a PhD student at KU, looking to sublet my room while I go on exchange. The move in is from November 1st!
Details:
The rent is 6200kr, which includes electricity, water, and heating. The deposit is 1 month's rent.
The rental period is until 28th February (4 months). CPR is available for one person.
The room is ~15 square meters and has large windows, making it quite bright (you'll get the little winter sun there is!). It's rented furnished, but if you feel anything is missing or want to bring something of you're own, you're free to!
The apartment is in Bella Center, 6 minutes walking distance to the metro. It's well-connected because of that: the metro takes 11 minutes to get to Norreport, and there's also the train station in Ørestad should you need it.
The apartment is newly constructed and modern (built in 2021), and has a spacious and cozy common area. The kitchen is well-equipped, with an oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There's also a bathroom (spacious by Copenhagen standards, with a heated floor) with a washing machine and dryer. There's also a nice common courtyard where you could, for example, have a barbeque.
There's a REMA 1000 very close by (~200m) for groceries, and a Netto right at the Bella Center metro station. Furthermore, you have Fields, a large shopping mall, quite close by as well, which has everything you might need (including a gym). There's also an Asian supermarket not too far away!
You'll be sharing the apartment with my two roommates: Fabrizio (26), a physics graduate working in trading, and Vito (26), a barista. The two of them are both fairly social, but still appreciate privacy and respect a closed door.
I'm looking for someone of a similar age (20-30), so if you're interested, send me a message :)
