The pictures are from the apartment advertisement, since I'm yet to move I haven't added any actual pictures. There is a balcony too. The access: -7 min walk for Ballerup Station. (S-train and Bus). -7mins walk to Ballerup shopping mall. -30mins to the city center. About me: I'm M33, a working professional in the Pharmaceutical supply chain. Originally from India but have been living in Denmark for almost 6yrs now and have been sharing an apartment for a few years. I'm calm, composed and organised. I like to have clear house-sharing rules to maintain a smooth and comfy environment for all.  Cleanliness and respect for one another are the most important principles within the house. I would like to get to know any coming tenant and have a nice friendly balance in the house. The rent comes at 6250 DKK (including heating, water) internet and electricity come on top.
