You only need to bring your own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels.All utilities as electricity, heating, water, washing and drying clothes, tv and internet are inclusive. You are welcome to keep your address if you want. The rental period is limited-from 1st of jan.2026 til 31th of may 2026-only 5months.You will get a contract, and the deposit is 2months rent. ONLY NON SMOKERS. The location is perfect- walking distance to everything, and very close to the old town.
