I have a great room available from 1st of December. Apartment is just behind Folkesparken, 3 mins walk to blaagardsplads and 5 mins walk to lakes. Room is furnished with bed, wardrobe and desk. I have a large bathroom(for copenhagen standards) including washing machine and dryer. Kitchen is also large and bright and serves as a dining room with a dining table for 6 people. Large bright living room with a 4k projector and sound system. Flat is fully furnished and equipped. About myself: 37 yo engineer working for Region Hovedstaden. Living in Denmark for 7 years. Week days, I work a lot and in the evening I chill at home watching stuff, reading a book, having a beer. When I was young, i spent lots of time with music and visual arts. So I resist white collar life and try to be creative as much as I can. Watching movies, Djing downtempo music is my free time activities. Also love documentaries and digging information in the internet about bazillion of different things. About the tenant: Best match would be a youngish professional above 30 yo. Anyone is welcome to apply however, possessing the qualities listed below would make me more inclined to select you. -Having interest in music, arts, social sciences, history etc. -Doing stuff other than work, -Speaking Danish. I am not good at Danish, I need practice. -Having sense of humour. It is good to have some small talk with a glass wine on a casual Thursday dinner. -I can be closed behind the door for a week or invite my friends 2 days in a row. I prefer someone that is ok for both.
